First class olives are carefully collected from the olive trees of the Aegean region and stacked in Katre’s facility pools equipped with superior technology. Katre Olives are washed more than once by means of hygiene standards and purified from possible dust and foreign bodies, and then dried and lubricated without adding any additives. After all the operations, it is put into tin cans/boxes of appropriate size with souce of original olive oil in order to add flavor to the tables established all over the world and it is distributed to distribution.
